Richard Wilkinson
Richard has been a Land Surveyor since 1994 and a Registered Surveyor since 2003. During this time Richard has been a Survey Manager controlling survey field teams & coordinating multiple developments at the same time.
He has produced large Torrens Title subdivisions for Greenfield developments e.g. 130 lots at Lithgow, 70 lots at Liverpool & recently large-scale subdivision projects such as Bankstown & Hoxton Park Airports. He has also constructed his own developments & lodged DA's to council, managed civil construction & understands the holding costs & timeframes involved in Land Management.
David Wilkinson
David has been a Land Surveyor since 1999 and is currently a candidate for Registration, with only 12 months to complete. David has two degrees, one being a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Wollongong and the second being a Surveying and Spatial Information Degree from the University of New South Wales.
